Preliminary


As we have seen with that in these times of energy issues has increased. The increase of population, housing, motor vehicles, industrial, and public facilities has increased very rapidly.Which require electrical energy supply and fuel oil increased as well. While the availability of fossil-based energy is decreased.
It is easy to see the real impact of these problems; On television you see the news that the government will raise oil prices and electricity tariffs, then the public noisy protest. 
If you missed it, you'll still feel the immediate impact on your finances. Because oil prices and electricity rates will continue to rise, anyway. Triggering a rise in the price of almost all goods, services, and the food you buy.

If you should choose: Who do you want to be? Being a government official who took the decision to raise oil prices and electricity tariffs? Or become those who protest that policy?
I do not know which one you choose, but I know that we can choose to help them, while also helping ourselves in minimizing the impact of the problem.
The trick is to take concrete action to make efforts in energy conservation and utilize sources of renewable energy resources. Because doing nothing certainly will not help anyone.

Here I will describe how to create a tool that I believe will be very useful for reducing your monthly electric bill though without reducing your energy consumption by utilizing wind power. 
I have arranged for this instrument can be made with materials that are readily available, easy to make, but still reliable, versatile and durable.
Because it is a reliable and versatile, it can be used in conjunction with the environment of your neighbors, then also can be financed and carried out jointly in order to save costs.

Why we choose to Make a  Versatile Wind Turbine?

I call this design as versatile wind turbine because it is deliberately designed to fulfill several functions to;
1. Electric generating,
2. Air compressing,
3.  Water pumping, and
4. Running machines are usually driven by electric motors or small size gasoline / diesel motor.
Of the four functions I will just describe to the third function, with the consideration that fourth function  will require a very long and complex descriptions.

Perhaps you are wondering why I designed a four-function, while in the daily practice we can perform all functions as long as electricity is already available? Why we should add an air compressor pump function if the function of electric generator only we could turn on an electric compressor? Or, why add water pump function if by function electric generator only we could turn on an electric water pump?

It was only because of two major considerations:
cost efficiency; Make one tool with many functions are certainly more efficient than the three or four tools with one  function each. While some functions may be omitted if not required. And, 
energy efficiency; Changing a form of energy into other energy forms always cause energy losses. For example, if you run the air compressor pump with an electric motor you will lose some of your electrical energy that converted into heat due to the electric motor. Whereas before we had to lose energy as well as changing the turbine rotation into electricity at the electric generator. So why do we not use the torque that is used for the electric generator just to directly run the air compressor's pump? The result are that we have a better energy-efficient system. And we no longer even need both electric generator and electric motor; another cost-efficient matter.

There are times where it's worth the three functions are applied to obtain maximum results with minimum cost. For example: you want to build a business base tire and a public toilet just off the highway between the provinces that are not crossed by the installation of electricity and taps. You will need an air compressor having a petrol or diesel engine, manual water pumps, and kerosene lamps, battery-powered radio is also possible so the waiter not get bored. By installing a 3-function versatile wind turbine   you do not need to buy a motor of the compressor and the gas, also do not need to buy a water pump, kerosene for lamps and batteries for the radio. In fact, in that remote place you can still turn on the tv. And for all of that you do not need to pay more than for the turbine and engine maintenance.
However, as I've said, you can eliminate one or two function if not needed. Making it easier in manufacturing and lower costs.
